an attempt to reconcile the harsh static found in the never-ending. underneath the routines and rush lies a corridor of brooding noise attempting to thrash and contort its way into our daily consciousness; an immense pressure is placed on our ability to suppress it and retain our normal formation. deep in our scatter, traffic, frequencies, lies the unnerving swell, all below the grid, the structure of quotidian waves. a crushing noise defines the workings of this scheme as does the album’s sound: abrasive walls of sound, cutting distortion, and droned introspection.
